His culinary expertise begins in the kitchen classroom and is developed from the advice of his mentor to frequently relocate in order to stay fresh while perfecting his skills.

From Wisconsin to Colorado and many kitchens in between, Chef Bryant has served celebrities, VIPs, and neighbors. Eventually settling in Okauchee, Bryant is a firm believer in making his community the best place it can be. He hosts fundraising events, supports local first responders, is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, and received Okauchee's Man of the Year award at a recent Chamber event.
